Job Description
Collaborate with business to understand the requirement. Assess the estimation and test plan for functional, system and regression test Collaborate with the team to identify and prepare test scenarios, test cases. Assist with the test execution and defect clarification. Run defect triage call with team and development and business units. Review the test case and test report and deliver the same to the customer. Collaborate with integration team architects to define the requirements and liase with them for integration testing. Collaborate with integration team architects to define the requirements and liase with them for integration testing. Assign the tickets to all the team members in team. Analyze the issues coming via service now, create problem for the recurring ones, and get it fixed with the help of JIRA. Monitor the ticket inflow and guide the team to handle the tickets. Remain the POC for business testing and assist them during their testing phase.
