Job Description
Collaborate with Business POC , understand , design and implement the solution for the use case requested. Collaborate with integration team architects to define the Integration requirements. Collaborating with the team to identify and assist with the issues/development/Testing. Assign the tickets to all the team members in team. Analyze the issues coming via service now, create problem for the recurring ones, and get it fixed with the help of JIRA. Extensive knowledge in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Aura, Admin, Process builder, Reports and dashboards. Monitor the ticket inflow and guide the team to handle the tickets properly. Review the coding/Test classes prepared by team and ensure that everything is in order.
